Shipping & Delivery Policy - Series

At Series, we prioritize speed and quality. All our orders are dispatched via "Express Delivery" to ensure the best customer experience under the following terms:

1. 
    Delivery Time & Charges (UAE):
   • A flat shipping fee of 20 AED applies to all orders across the UAE.
   • Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For remote areas, delivery may take between 3 to 5 working days.
2. 
    Remote & Unserviceable Areas:
   • We apologize that we cannot deliver to certain remote areas that fall outside our logistics partners' coverage zones.
   • If an order is placed for such an area, the order will be temporarily put on hold. We will contact the customer to either provide an alternative delivery location within our service area or process a full refund.
3. 
    GCC Shipping:
   • Shipping is now available to all GCC countries.
   • A flat shipping fee of 200 AED applies to all orders to these countries.
   • This rate is subject to change.
   • Estimated delivery time for these regions is 3 to 7 working days.
4. 
    Order Tracking:
   • All orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Swiftbox and Aramex . Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
