Return & Refund Policy - Series

At Series, we offer premium car mats meticulously designed for specific luxury models and trims. Please review the following:

1. Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. ⁠Product Condition: Items must be in their original "as-new" condition, unused, and never installed or tested inside the vehicle. All original packaging must be intact. Items with any signs of use or dirt will not be accepted.
3. Return Fees: For approved returns due to manufacturing defects, a 7% fee of the total paid amount will be deducted to cover administrative and logistics cost
4. Model Availability: Our products are available for specific models and trims as selected and curated by Series. Customers must ensure their vehicle matches the available options before ordering.
5. ⁠Refund Process: Once the item is received at our warehouse and confirmed to be in its original condition, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
