By using the Series website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pricing & Orders: All prices are in AED. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices in the event of a technical error.
2. Intellectual Property: All images, designs, and logos on this site are the property of Series. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Information Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate details (Name, Address, Vehicle Model). Errors in information may lead to delivery delays or additional charges.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the United Arab Emirates
Shipping & Delivery Policy - Series
At Series, we prioritize speed and quality. All our orders are dispatched via "Express Delivery" to ensure the best customer experience:
1. Delivery Time (UAE): Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For remote areas, delivery may take between 3 to 5 working days.
2. Delivery Charges (UAE): We offer FREE delivery across the UAE. However, a shipping fee of 75 AED applies to remote areas.
3. GCC Shipping: We ship to all GCC countries at a flat rate of 150 AED. Any additional shipping costs are covered by us to provide the best value to our customers.
4. Order Tracking: All orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Swiftbox. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time
Return & Refund Policy - Series
At Series, we offer premium car mats meticulously designed for specific luxury models and trims. Please review the following:
1. Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product Condition: Items must be in their original "as-new" condition, unused, and never installed or tested inside the vehicle. All original packaging must be intact. Items with any signs of use or dirt will not be accepted.
3. Return Fees: For returns due to change of mind (non-defective), a 7% fee of the product value will be deducted to cover shipping and logistics costs.
4. Model Availability: Our products are available for specific models and trims as selected and curated by Series. Customers must ensure their vehicle matches the available options before ordering.
5. Refund Process: Once the item is received at our warehouse and confirmed to be in its original condition, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
Privacy Policy - Series
At Series, we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UAE legal standards:
1. Information Collection: We collect essential details to process your order (Name, Address, Phone). We may also request specific vehicle details (Model, Year, Trim) not only for order accuracy but also to analyze market demand and identify highly requested car mats. This data helps us curate and bring in the most popular models for our future shipments based on customer needs.
2. Marketing: We may use your contact details for future marketing updates, discounts, and news via SMS or email regarding our latest collections.
3. Third Parties: Your data is only shared with shipping partners for delivery purposes and is never sold to third parties.
